A paid plan can improve how visible your profile is, but it cannot buy an achievement. Every earned badge is earned.

Some criteria are objective enough to be checked automatically. Most require a human read.

The system checks objective profile data: your service areas, languages, completed profile fields, years in business, verified review counts, and local ranking. When you hit the bar, the badge shows up on its own.
Team verified
10 achievements
You submit evidence and our team reviews it before the badge goes live. We look at things like verified reviews, transaction history, profile details, and any proof you provide.
Founding or editorial
1 achievement
Limited or founder badges, not earned the same way as the rest. Founding 50 is reserved for our first 50 launch agents and is closed once those spots are filled.

- Do I need a Pro profile to earn achievements?
- No. Every badge is earned through evidence, not payment, and free Pathfinder Profiles can earn them all. The difference is where they show. A free profile publicly displays The Wink Mark, and Pathfinder Pro unlocks public visibility for your full earned badge collection.
- Can I pay for a badge?
- No. You cannot buy an achievement. Pathfinder Pro turns on features and visibility. It does not turn on earned badges. That is by design.
- Which badges show publicly on a free profile?
- A free Pathfinder Profile publicly displays The Wink Mark, your profile-complete mark. You still earn every other badge you qualify for, and Pathfinder Pro unlocks public visibility for your full earned collection.
- What counts as verified evidence?
- Verified client reviews, transaction history, profile details, and any proof you submit, such as transaction records, public listing links, and brokerage records.
- How do client reviews help me earn badges?
- Reviews power several badges, including Review Rockstar, The Deal Scout, and First Key Guide. The more verified, recent, and specific your reviews are, the more you can unlock.
- How long does verification take?
- Auto awarded badges appear as soon as your data meets the criteria. Team verified badges are reviewed by our team, usually within a few business days.
- Can I lose a badge?
- Some badges can change if the evidence changes. A performance or membership badge can lapse if the signal behind it fades. Permanent badges, like Founding 50, stay with you.
- Where do I submit or update my information?
- Everything lives in your agent dashboard. Complete your profile, add service areas and languages, log transactions, and collect reviews there.
